Do you ever wonder why people smile or just express whatever feeling when they are receiving a gift? I spend a couple hours with this group of amazing people they were celebrating our version of Valentine's day that is call "Día del amor y la amistad¨ that is translated something like "Love and friendship´s day" and we have a very particular way to give gifts to each other and it´s playing a game that is call "Amigo Secreto" that is translated something like "Secret friend", so we take a piece of paper with the name of one person of the group and that is our Secret Friend and then we gather in a place and we celebrate that day while we open the gifts.

I know some of them for a couple years but for the last year i had the opportunity to hang in out with them, and i have to be sincere that i had i different vision of some of them and i realize that they are amazing people and they are becoming a truly blessing to my life.

So my experience taking pictures with them it was awesome, we were in a place where the light it was awful that's why the pictures have a lot of noise. I particularly like day light bulbs but in that place they had tungsten light bulbs so before i start shooting i wasn't very pleased but when i start to take the pictures it feels just right, the warm feeling in the photos and the expression of them opening the gifts it was just perfect, it's something that i wanted to portrait when i want to do portraits, so this is the result, it was hard to focus but i still like some of the pictures when it wasn't take perfect, but that is the journey of making better thing, so thanks if you are reading this.

¿Alguna vez se han preguntado por la gente sonrie o simplemente expresan cualquier sentimiento cuando reciben un regalo? Pase unas cuantas horas con este grupo de personas excelentes que estaban celebrando nuestra versión del "Valentine's day" que se llama "Día del amor y la amistad" y tenemos una forma particular de entregar regalos y es jugando a algo que llamados "Amigo Secreto" asi que cogemos un papelito con el nombre de una persona del grupo y esa persona es nuestro amigo secreto y despues nos reunimos en un lugar para celebrar este día mientras abrimos los regalos.

Conozco algunos de ellos ya bastantes años pero durante el último año he tenido la oportunidad de salir con ellos  y tengo que ser sincero de que tenia una visión totalmente diferente de ellos pero me di cuenta que son personas excelentes que se han convertido en una bendición para mi vida.

Asi que mi experiencia tomando fotos de ellos fue interesante, estábamos en un lugar donde la luz era terrible razón por la cual las fotos tienen mucho ruido. Particularmente me gusta los bombillos de luz de día pero en este lugar tenian luces de tungsteno asi que antes de tomar las fotos no estaba muy contento pero cuando empece a tomar las fotos me senti muy bien, el sentimiento calido de las fotos y la expresión de ellos abriendo los regalos  fue perfecto, es algo que quiero capturar cuando hago retraros, asi que este es el resultado, fue dificil enfocar pero aun asi me gustan las fotos incluso cuando no son perfectas, de igual manera ese es el camino para hacer mejores cosas, asi que gracias si estas leyendo esto.
